Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our clients and their employees. You'll be responsible for answering inbound phone calls, troubleshooting website issues, and making callbacks as needed. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

* Answer inbound phone calls pertaining to customers benefits, troubleshooting website issues, and making call backs as needed.

  • Leverage your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to provide answers and support. This may include assisting the caller in navigating the system as well.
  • Actively listen to participants to understand both verbal and non-verbal cues.
  • Fully and accurately document all conversations and actions taken on each interaction.
  • Answer inbound phone calls pertaining to the status of an application or general customer inquires.

Essential Functions

* Work up to 5 hours of overtime per week

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Skills and Qualifications

* 2 years of customer service experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Basic computer skills and data entry experience
  • Empathy and active listening skills
  • Call center experience a plus

* Competitive hourly rate: $16.49 - $16.50 per hour
