Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team in a Remote 4-day shift (Weekend) role. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers over the phone, live chat, and email. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers over the phone, live chat, and email, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay current on industry trends.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Knowledge of the Lighting Industry or related products.
  • Experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Salesforce.
  • Fluency in a second language.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • A competitive salary of $17.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour increase after 60 days.
