Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and production-driven individual to join our Operations team as a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative. This role requires a strong skillset in customer service, communication, and problem-solving, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a remote employee, you will work from the comfort of your own home office, choosing your own schedule within our designated hours.

Key Responsibilities

As a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs
  • Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process
  • Collecting and documenting all claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
  • Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
  • Maintaining punctuality and reliability, adhering to break and lunch schedules to ensure consistent customer service coverage

Required Skills and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Language skills: ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports, write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions, and project a confident, clear, and professional telephone presence
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
  • Computer skills: knowledge of basic computer functions, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to type at least 40wpm
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred

Network Requirements

To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you will need:

  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps (tested using www.speedtest.net)
  • An Ethernet connection is not required, but strongly recommended
  • A private network, not a public location
  • No VPNs allowed, as logins must happen in the US
