Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with website visitors, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize live chat software to engage with customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions in real-time
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, providing exceptional customer service in high-stress situations
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in live chat software and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
