Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our merchants, resolving issues efficiently, and driving customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our Dealer Administrations Manager to ensure seamless communication, goal achievement, and quality service delivery. This is a full-time remote position, with the possibility of in-office work when our offices resume.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide mentorship to colleagues to improve their overall performance on all metrics
- Demonstrate imagination and commitment to making moves to advance a positive workplace
- Be an understudy of the business, seeking ways to develop and learn about the company
- Make a positive impact on customer experience by inspiring the team to provide excellent customer support and making working with us easy for merchants
- Recognize ways to improve and execute tasks to help efficiency and quality
- Answer and address customer complaints and concerns from merchants and customers
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth
We're Looking for Someone Who:
* Appreciates diagnosing issues and creating innovative solutions to tackle challenges
- Is client-driven and successful at working with individuals with varying levels of technical expertise
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment where they're continually learning new skills and applying them to their daily work
- Is proficient in using Google Sheets or can perform data analysis
- Functions well in both individual and team settings
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in an office environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets or data analysis tools
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
