Job Description
As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about Disney offerings while maintaining the company's high standards of service. Your day-to-day duties will involve interaction with customers using a friendly and professional demeanor, updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system with interaction notes, personalizing responses based on customer history, and supporting marketing campaigns by sharing engaging content.
