Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Assistant – Remote Operations, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes, including receiving, tracking, and general administration
  • Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail in managing trailer inventories and data entry into shared files
  • Providing exceptional support in printing and creating outbound manifests and hazardous waste labels
  • Performing general clerical duties, such as filing, typing, and administrative tasks as required by supervisors
  • Maintaining a safe working environment that complies with all applicable OSHA regulations and company Health & Safety and Compliance protocols
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve operational excellence and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be advantageous:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • DOT Training/Knowledge
  • Experience with logistics and maintenance
  • Microsoft Excel experience (1 year or more)
