Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Sales Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing fast, friendly service to our customers while also driving sales and growth for our company. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and qualifying their needs to provide personalized assistance and recommendations
• Recommending products and services that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations
• Closing sales with every customer in your department, while also maintaining a deep understanding of adjacent departments and their products
• Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas and ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
• Providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions to your Manager on Duty
• Working in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department, as well as other departments, to achieve common goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service/Sales Associate at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a retail or sales environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
