Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Technician to join our remote support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly
- Communicate policies, procedures, and regulations to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Issue IDs, process applications, and administer vision, driver, and in-car road tests as required
- Process diverse vehicle registrations, titling, tax, and fee collection, and other DMV-related services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Ability to lift 10-25 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working with automated systems and personal computers
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a government agency or regulatory environment
- Knowledge of DMV regulations and procedures
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish or other languages)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
