Job Summary
As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in matching clients to the products and services they receive as part of their benefits packages. You'll be responsible for inbound and outbound calling, client policy reviews, new enrollments, and servicing requested benefits. Key Responsibilities
* Inbound and outbound calling to schedule new appointments and follow up with clients

- Collaborating with management and team members to achieve sales and service goals
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a union or association setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients
- Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work independently with the support of management, with a focus on self-motivation and initiative
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred

- Familiarity with CRM software and other technology tools
