Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing a high volume of incoming calls, identifying and assessing customer needs, and providing accurate and complete information to achieve customer satisfaction. You'll also handle customer complaints, keep records of customer interactions, and provide follow-up support. If you're a strong communicator, a multitasker, and a problem-solver, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

* Manage large amounts of incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, using your knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and complete information
  • Handle customer complaints, including difficult and escalated callers, using active listening skills and empathy to resolve issues
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, as well as industry best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Strong work history and proven punctuality track record

  • Proven customer support experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent phone contact handling skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of calls and customer interactions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the solar industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow procedures
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
