Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Setting appointments and conducting presentations to union members who request our benefits
- Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and quality control tasks
- Participating in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and career growth
- Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Minimum Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- 18+ years of age
- Must pass a background check
- High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in CRM software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
