Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with booking, reservations, and other flight-related queries, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided.
  • Provide information on arenaflex's policies, procedures, and services, ensuring customers are well-informed and satisfied.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, escalating complex matters to senior team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, utilizing effective communication skills to resolve issues and build customer loyalty.

  • Navigate and utilize various computer systems to access and update customer information, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Adhere to established customer service protocols and guidelines, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
  • Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and issue resolution, striving for excellence in every customer interaction.

Requirements:
