Customer Service Advisor Role

As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in handling inbound calls from the public requiring appointments following a referral. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Booking, re-scheduling, and cancelling appointments on our booking system
  • Providing polite and professional telephone manner to customers
  • Empathizing with customers while respecting and understanding their needs
  • Working efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilizing effective communication skills to resolve customer queries and concerns

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound calls from customers requiring appointments following a referral

  • Book, re-schedule, and cancel appointments on our booking system
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every caller
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

* Competitive salary of £23,795 per annum

  • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing to 30 days following your 1-year service anniversary
