Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls from members regarding their benefits, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving complex issues
- Handling 20-50 calls per day on average, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and quality of each call
- Researching information regarding deductibles, claim status, providers, and other benefits-related topics
- Providing guidance and support on Medicare and Medicaid-related inquiries
- Demonstrating a passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service
- Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Essential Functions:
* Working up to 2 hours of overtime per week
- Collaborating with the team to achieve outstanding results and meet performance targets
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:
+ 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role + High School Diploma or Equivalent + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment + Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications + Experience with ERP and CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry + Certification in customer service or a related field + Proficiency in multiple languages
