What is the job?
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Data entry and processing for a large percentage of our work
- Issuing driver's licenses, vehicle registrations, and other transactions required by the State of Ohio
- Daily cash balancing with your manager on duty
- Accounting for all cash transactions made
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and the public
- Working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
What do you bring to the job?
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Adept math skills, with the ability to accurately process transactions and balance cash
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and other software applications
