Position Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating professionally with clients and teammates to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Determining clients' wants, needs, preferences, and budget to create personalized travel experiences
  • Researching, organizing, and booking all trip plans as needed by clients, including:

+ Hotel stays + Resorts + Car Rentals + Airport transfers + Airfare + Cruises + Tours and Activities + Concert/Sporting/Event tickets

  • Creating quotes, itineraries, and invoices for clients
  • Staying up-to-date with travel industry changes and restrictions to ensure accurate and informed advice
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel plans

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Have a reliable internet connection, computer, and/or smartphone
  • Be available to attend live and recorded trainings and meetings
  • Be self-motivated, have a positive attitude, and be willing to learn and adapt
  • Be able to work independently, but willing to ask for help and guidance when needed
