Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service.
- Assisting customers with inquiries and providing top-notch support, resolving issues and answering questions related to products and services.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex customer issues, escalating when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Following up with customers to ensure they have received quality customer service, and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Completing after-call information and data entry to the system, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service.
- Current residency in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI.
- Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired, ensuring a stable and secure connection.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
