Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering patient data into our electronic health records system. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, such as answering patient calls, responding to emails, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities

- Perform various administrative tasks, such as answering patient calls, responding to emails, and providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely entry of patient data
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and guidelines related to patient data entry and management
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) or certified medical assistant (CMA)
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on data entry and management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
