Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Recruiting Analytics and People Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data models to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for analysis. You will work closely with engineering organizations to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes and improve the candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

* Apply a product-centric approach to data and reporting, ensuring discoverability through user-excellent documentation and trustworthiness with rigorous data tests

• Design, build, and maintain data models to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for analysis
• Collect, analyze, and present data from various sources, including our applicant tracking system, while providing a subset of potentially unrelated data points/filters to draw conclusions
• Effectively communicate data insights to non-technical audiences, including stakeholders and end-users
• Recognize patterns to define gaps in the applicant tracking system and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure a seamless integration with downstream systems and accurate reporting to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes and improve the candidate experience

What You'll Bring

* Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field

• Previous experience working with People or Recruiting organizations, or in-depth knowledge of the full cycle recruiting process
• Prior relational database experience, including proficiency in SQL and other query languages
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows and automated testing
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Critical thinking and a problem-solving approach to drive business outcomes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
