Position Overview

As a Live Chat Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience. You will engage with customers in real-time via live chat, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our products/services based on customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities
