Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, helping them to overcome any challenges they may face, and ensuring that they have an exceptional experience with our platform. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in providing customer support to organizations with complex products or services.

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working with multiple customer support platforms, including Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, and LiveAgent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
