Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join our Commercial center Live Activities team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, including our partner merchants, clients, and dashers worldwide. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls, chats, and emails, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle three primary channels: Inbound Calls, Chats, and Emails for arenaflex's partner merchants, clients, and dashers worldwide while maintaining an exceptional experience in each interaction.

  • Address time-sensitive issues, such as payments, account questions, driver issues, or investigations with impressive skill as quickly as possible.
  • Develop deep mastery in how arenaflex's processes, systems, and resources work, and how to utilize them to drive positive results.
  • Showcase powerful relational skills and relationship-building.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

  • At least 1 year of experience in investigating customer issues using email, phone, and chat
  • Fluent English language skills and excellent technical familiarity (typing speed of 40 WPM)
  • Experience in a high-speed customer support role and adaptability in a constantly evolving environment
  • Excellent written communication skills - including first-class grammar, spelling, and the ability to write both formally and informally using arenaflex's brand voice and tone
  • You're an extremely energetic person that works well in a team environment
  • You're highly organized - you can juggle both issue resolution and rapid communication
  • You have experience maintaining an elevated level of impressive skill
  • You're client-driven and you love helping people
  • You have high capacity to understand individuals at their core and you're perfect at building relationships
