Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Remote Data Management and Innovation

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our expense group, you'll be responsible for supporting the innovation and information needs of the entire organization. You'll work closely with our data and programming teams to design and implement new data sources and tooling to meet the needs of our expense group. Responsibilities

* Work directly with partners to identify data and innovation needs, define requirements, and oversee execution

• Collaborate directly with data and programming teams to design and implement new data sources and tooling to meet the needs of our expense group
• Continuously challenge and improve processes to find more intelligent and efficient ways of working
• Manage complex data issues for a large scope
• Explore the use of emerging technologies, such as AI and machine learning, to bring innovative solutions to our expense group
• Participate in defining our organization's data and automation guide
• Work cross-functionally, end-to-end, between our business front-end, design center, and accounting groups to ensure the integrity of our data streams
• Elevate the expense group's understanding and use of automation technologies through group data sharing
• You have experience creating workflows in Alteryx Cloud

Why We're Excited About You

* You have a BA/BS degree in Accounting, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field of study

• You have experience managing large sets of financial data
• You have 4+ years of experience in data and automation; tax-related data experience is a plus
• You have experience creating workflows in Alteryx Cloud
• You have deep experience running SQL queries
• You have knowledge of technology tools like Alteryx Desktop, Snowflake, Python
• You have experience writing business requirements and testing to support large data projects
• You have experience participating in the analysis and testing of new data sets
• You have experience using various productivity programs (Monday.com, Microsoft Office, Google (G-sheets, docs, and slides))
• You stand out for your attention to detail and logical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
• You're a self-motivated individual with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• You're interested and eager to find the right solution
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You have a strong compass and empathy for others

Nice to Have

* Experience with AI, Measurable Investigation, Database, and ETL best practices

• Knowledge of pre-processing languages and code review for accuracy
• Alteryx Certified Associate
• CMI, or CMI candidate

Compensation

* The area-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Pay in different locations may vary.

• Actual salary within the salary range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For jobs that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is capped by the employee's work location. Please discuss your expected work location with your recruitment specialist for more information.
