Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Product Manager with a focus on data modeling to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Data Products and Engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our data products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and security. Your expertise in data modeling, data governance, and data engineering will enable you to drive business outcomes, inform strategic decisions, and deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and fans.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain data products that meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and security

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for growth, and develop data-driven solutions
• Develop and maintain data models, data governance frameworks, and data engineering pipelines to support business needs
• Ensure data products are scalable, performant, and secure, with a focus on data quality, data integrity, and data security
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and innovation
• Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making and inform strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements, optimize data workflows, and reduce data latency
• Develop and maintain data architecture, data governance, and data engineering standards and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in data product management, data governance, or data engineering, with a focus on data modeling and data engineering

• Proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining data products that meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and security
• Strong expertise in data modeling, data governance, and data engineering, with a focus on data quality, data integrity, and data security
• Experience working with data platforms, data warehouses, and data lakes, including AWS, Snowflake, dbt, and Terraform/CDK
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical experts
• Experience working in the entertainment, hospitality, or media industries, with a focus on data-driven initiatives and business growth

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

• Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Experience working with machine learning and artificial intelligence frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience working with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure
• Experience working with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
