About the Role

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical procedures (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions. You will work closely with our content team to analyze client behavior (e.g., content preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities. Your expertise will help us anticipate content engagement to inform procurement decisions, streamline our content release and episode discharge methodology, and test marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced analytical procedures (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions

• Analyze client behavior (e.g., content preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Anticipate content engagement to inform procurement decisions
• Streamline our content release and episode discharge methodology
• Test marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and key navigation
• Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization

What You'll Bring

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the entertainment or media industry
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in R and Python programming languages
• Experience in statistical analysis and AI methods: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
• Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
• Exceptional data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication

Nice to Have

* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

• An interest in media and entertainment
