Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer support to our global customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyzing complex data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and drive growth.
• Supporting the development of global content distribution strategies, including licensing agreements, content valuation, and market analysis.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases to support business operations and decision-making.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Tasks

* Develop and maintain complex financial models, including revenue projections, cost analysis, and return on investment (ROI) calculations.

• Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Create and present reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance and planning teams to develop and implement business strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Liaise with resource delivery groups and business operations to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or data analysis.

• At least 3 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry, with a focus on data analysis, financial modeling, and customer support.
• Proven experience with financial modeling, complex financial analysis, and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong office skills, including interpretation and analysis of agreements, and essential authoritative drafting (e.g., notes).
• Solid office skills with PowerPoint and presenting to executives.
• Demonstrated history in really managing and building strong relationships with a wide range of partners.
• Some experience in international media distribution.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or data analysis.

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of industry-specific software, such as Rightsline or similar.
• Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools, such as Slack or Microsoft Teams.
• Fluency in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, French, or other languages relevant to the industry.
