Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist – Social Media & Direct Channel Strategy, you will play a critical role in driving the success of arenaflex's customer engagement initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing direct channel strategies, analyzing complex data, and providing exceptional customer support through various social media channels. Your expertise in SQL, data analysis, and creative problem-solving will enable you to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance arenaflex's reputation as a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute direct channel strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

  • Analyze complex data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  • Provide exceptional customer support through various social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of customer engagement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain complex advertising streams using multiple direct channels
  • Work with Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Campaign Standard to design, develop, and execute targeted marketing campaigns
  • Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain extensive documentation to support onboarding and training of new team members
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, business, or communications

  • 2+ years of experience in direct channel strategy, customer support, or a related field
  • Proven expertise in SQL, data analysis, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Campaign Standard
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field, such as marketing, business, or communications

  • 5+ years of experience in direct channel strategy, customer support, or a related field
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Certification in data analysis, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and customer experience design
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce
