Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our customers' expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
  • Demonstrating product knowledge and providing accurate information to customers
  • Assisting in product selection, suggesting alternatives and options where appropriate
  • Making business transactions, managing money, and processing payments with precision
  • Keeping the sales area clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed
  • Monitoring product status and assisting with returns and exchanges
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service
  • Staying connected with product knowledge, promotions, and company policy
  • Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Following all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sales or customer experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and friendly, approachable behavior
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Basic math skills and the ability to manage financial transactions
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Knowledge of the products/services offered by arenaflex is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Four-year degree from a four-year college or university (or equivalent work experience)
  • Knowledge of arenaflex programs, strategies, methods, and reservation systems
  • Ability to define issues, gather information, establish facts, and make informed decisions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Capacity to lead multiple projects and deliver results simultaneously
  • Proficiency in communicating with management, staff, and customers while demonstrating sound judgment and decision-making skills
