Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our customers' expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
- Demonstrating product knowledge and providing accurate information to customers
- Assisting in product selection, suggesting alternatives and options where appropriate
- Making business transactions, managing money, and processing payments with precision
- Keeping the sales area clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed
- Monitoring product status and assisting with returns and exchanges
- Collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service
- Staying connected with product knowledge, promotions, and company policy
- Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Following all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales or customer experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills and friendly, approachable behavior
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills and the ability to manage financial transactions
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of the products/services offered by arenaflex is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Four-year degree from a four-year college or university (or equivalent work experience)
- Knowledge of arenaflex programs, strategies, methods, and reservation systems
- Ability to define issues, gather information, establish facts, and make informed decisions in a timely and accurate manner
- Capacity to lead multiple projects and deliver results simultaneously
- Proficiency in communicating with management, staff, and customers while demonstrating sound judgment and decision-making skills
