Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support for flight reservations and changes. Key Responsibilities
* Answer customer calls and respond to messages in a timely and professional manner
- Handle customer requests, including flight reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flights, routes, and travel policies
- Recognize and escalate critical issues to ensure timely resolution
- Screen flights and provide recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with the SOC team to provide seamless support
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the travel industry or a related field
- Knowledge of airline policies and procedures
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
