Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing support and guidance to customers on various travel-related topics, including flight schedules, fares, and travel documentation.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
