Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and ensuring that their needs are met. You will work closely with our internal teams to resolve complex issues, provide solutions, and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide solutions to customers' problems and ensure that their needs are met
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide support
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and products
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., logistics, business, communications)

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

* Experience in freight management or logistics

  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and laws
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
