Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Data Analyst – Co-op, Crew Resources – Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with data-driven initiatives and automation projects aimed at improving Group Resources and Booking performance. You will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with data analysis and automation projects to improve Group Resources and Booking performance

• Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to reduce task completion time and increase efficiency
• Work closely with the team to implement changes and ensure successful project outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven insights
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
• Provide data analysis and insights to inform business decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and automation

What You'll Need to Succeed

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, mathematics, statistics)

• Experience with SQL or data querying tools (e.g. ETL, data modeling)
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g. Python, R, PowerShell)
• Knowledge of process improvement strategies and methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools
• Strong understanding of data governance and security principles
