Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing solutions to customers. Your primary focus will be on:

  • Answering customer inquiries in a timely, respectful, and accurate manner
  • Evaluating customer needs and offering arrangements and additional items
  • Collaborating with a global team of customers and partners to provide a seamless experience
  • Selling travel-related benefits and promoting Visa merchant partner items
  • Adhering to all arenaflex and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance requirements

What You'll Need to Succeed:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Embracing diversity, inclusion, and different perspectives
  • Prioritizing well-being and safety, both for yourself and others
  • Being at least 18 years old
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Flexibility to work PM shifts with 2 consecutive days off, which will likely be offered mid-week
  • Advanced proficiency in navigating electronic applications, emails, texting, and web searches
  • Clear, concise, and respectful verbal and written communication using proper language, tone, and elocution

What Will Give You an Edge:

While not required, having one year of experience working in sales or customer service will be beneficial. Additionally, proficiency in Spanish language will be a plus. arenaflex occasionally opens bilingual positions (with related pay increments) to current Customer Experience professionals, so we encourage you to apply if you're potentially qualified and interested in this position.
