Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Data Analyst in the OAP team, you will be responsible for:
- Practicing security-conscious approaches to data handling and procedures
- Developing a team-first mindset with the advancement of our team and partners as the primary concern
- Understanding business operations and how data can address performance or cycle issues
- Finding and extracting data from various sources for use in assessment, modeling, and innovation development
- Using rigorous, descriptive, and insightful analytical techniques to highlight business challenges, potential solutions, and significant trade-offs
- Impacting emerging trends and identifying successful and innovative ways to communicate data and analysis to meet divisional needs
- Creating and maintaining automated reports, assessments, or dashboards to support senior divisional leaders and stakeholders
- Developing expertise in data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
- Building trust with business teams to be a valuable thought partner
- Supporting process improvement and innovation management for both individual functional units and cross-divisional initiatives
- Presenting findings and recommendations to OAP and divisional leaders
- Training and guiding other partners in various areas of expertise and subjects
- Being intellectually curious, seeking explanations for major problems, and speaking up when ideas arise
- Being a self-motivated individual who seeks out issues to solve, considers creative ideas, and drives execution of plans

What You Need to Succeed:
To be a successful candidate for this position, you should have:
- At least an associate's degree or GED
- Proven experience with SQL, SAS, R, or other data base management tools and languages
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques
- Ability to form complex queries, combining data from various sources and working with large, complex datasets, to achieve business insights
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with changing schedules
- Ability to effectively communicate with and build relationships with stakeholders
- Strong self-starter with a flexible, problem-solving approach to managing complex issues
