Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting arenaflex's revenue technology and data analytics team. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring data quality and integrity, and providing exceptional support to our team members. This is a part-time remote opportunity, requiring 8 hours of work per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into arenaflex's systems, ensuring data quality and integrity
- Provide exceptional support to the revenue technology and data analytics team, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective data entry processes
- Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's systems, policies, and procedures
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to arenaflex's data protection policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, information technology)
- 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with data entry software and systems (e.g., ERP, CRM)
