Job Summary
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our data entry processes. In this hybrid remote and on-site position, you will work from our remote office and home, balancing your time between these two locations. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Welcoming and assisting customers with their travel needs, including ticketing and baggage handling
- Utilizing computer systems to sell, print, and reissue tickets
- Managing the check-in process, ensuring that customers have the necessary documentation for travel
- Labeling and handling baggage, as well as performing lifting tasks that involve moving baggage from scales to transport lines
- Practicing security-conscious behaviors in all operational cycles and systems
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist customers with their travel needs, including ticketing and baggage handling
- Utilize computer systems to sell, print, and reissue tickets
- Manage the check-in process, ensuring that customers have the necessary documentation for travel

- Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service and efficient data entry processes
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to lift bags or objects weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as perform other physical tasks as required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work a fixed or rotating schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Knowledge of airline operations and procedures
- Familiarity with computer systems and software applications
- Ability to speak multiple languages, including English and Spanish
- Experience working in a hybrid remote and on-site environment
