arenaflex is seeking an experienced Sr. Learning Specialist, Amazon Business Customer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Learning Delivery team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs that drive business success. Your expertise in adult learning, content design, and facilitation will enable you to create engaging and effective learning experiences for our Customer Support Associates. About the Role
The Sr. Learning Specialist, Amazon Business Customer will play a critical role in shaping the future of customer experience at arenaflex. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of up to 30 Customer Support Associates, providing coaching, development, performance, and engagement. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional training experiences that drive long-term success, using a variety of modalities, including self-directed, instructor-led, virtual, and experiential learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee their results for the assigned territory and region.
- Manage live performance metrics end-to-end for the assigned territory.
- Conduct learning sessions on new processes and deliver various training courses, including continuous learning, new hire batches, transfer batches, etc.
- Maintain data and analysis through reports on Excel (as per business requirements).
- Ensure completion of new hire training programs, coaching, and other performance improvement programs on time.
- Partner with operational stakeholders as a key point of contact for the Learning Experience team.
- Identify learning coaches and certify them.
- Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance.
- Drive quality and learning metrics.
- Conduct chime sessions and classroom sessions with stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in training delivery roles.
- 1 year of experience in Customer Service or customer service-related work experience.
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software.
- Highly accurate and fluent in Japanese and English.
- Spoken and written accuracy and fluency in Japanese and English.
- Flexible to work within a 24/7 x 365 days global team across various time zones.
- Knowledge of adult learning, content design, and facilitation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position.
- Project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects.
- Strong ability to multi-task.
