* As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be a key member of our Government and Corporate Affairs team, responsible for promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex.
- You will work closely with our government and corporate clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- You will be responsible for preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, and preparing and issuing tickets.
- You will answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner.
- You will communicate with customers over the phone to research passenger complaints, advise of cancelled or delayed flights, and communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer.

Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training + 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience working in the aviation industry or a related field + Knowledge of Native SABRE or other airline reservation systems + Experience working with government and corporate clients + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team
