The Role
As a Social Media Chat Sales Representative, you will be responsible for starting authentic conversations with clients on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms, with the goal of selling coaching programs. You will work closely with our client success team to develop strategies and drive sales, while also managing your time effectively to meet performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Start new conversations with clients on social media platforms (2 hours/day)
- Follow up with existing leads and close sales (2 hours/day)
- Grow your organic account through social media engagement (2 hours/day)
- Manage and communicate with your team, including daily tasks and performance tracking (1.5 hours/day)
- Collaborate with our client success team to develop sales strategies and drive results
Requirements
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
- Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
- Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online sales tools
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets

Pay and Benefits
* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development
- Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
- Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
- Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000/month
- No limit on commissions
