Key Responsibilities:

As a Service Desk Agent - Chat Support, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through our live chat channel, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing our knowledge base tool and expertise to answer customer queries and resolve technical issues
  • Tracking all information in our ticket tracking system, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates
  • Maintaining high levels of first call resolution, identifying opportunities to streamline and automate agent processes
  • Effectively managing multiple chats concurrently, maintaining best-in-class service standards
  • Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support

Essential Qualifications:

* 2-5 years of experience in chat support or a related technical support role

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • High school diploma or GED with relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2-5 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on enterprise software and hardware

  • Experience with chat tooling and ticketing platforms
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and practices
  • Certification in ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
