Job Summary

As a Full Stack Sales Assistant / Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on all aspects of their travel plans. You'll work closely with our team to prepare, plan, and execute customized travel itineraries, ensuring that every client receives a personalized and memorable experience. Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Sales Assistant / Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, planning, and executing travel sales, including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events, and activities
  • Processing payments on behalf of clients
  • Providing all necessary documents to clients before and after travel
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Maintaining relationships with travel partners and vendors, ensuring that we're always up-to-date on the latest industry developments and trends
  • Working well in a group/team setting, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Staying up-to-date on the travel industry and policies, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible advice and guidance
  • Completing required certification within a timely manner, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and professionalism
  • Completing ongoing training with our company and travel partners, staying ahead of the curve and delivering exceptional results

Skills and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older, and a resident of the United States
  • Must have a smartphone and/or a computer, with reliable internet access
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to make travel and event recommendations based on clients' interests, providing personalized and tailored advice
  • Ability to manage time and be organized, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Attention to accuracy and detail, ensuring that all client information and documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, providing clear and concise advice and guidance to clients
  • Computer and internet knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest technology and industry trends
  • Personal travel experience is not required but will be considered an advantage, demonstrating your passion for travel and your ability to provide expert advice
