Job Description

As a Full Stack Sales Chat Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving sales and customer engagement for arenaflex. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Advertise and sell shipping containers using our cutting-edge software
  • Engage with customers via chat, building relationships and encouraging them to place orders
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system
  • Collaborate with sales managers to follow up with customers via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Join a Q&A group and work with mentors to achieve your goals

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and customer service
