+ $75-$150 per 1-hour session + $300-$750 for multi-session studies

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in focus group discussions by completing written and oral instructions
- Providing feedback on products and services using written surveys or during live discussions
- Using provided products and/or services (if applicable) and sharing your experience during meetings
- Showing up at least 10 minutes before the scheduled discussion start time
Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Access to a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Willingness to engage fully in one or several focus group topics
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow both oral and written instructions
- No prior customer service experience necessary
Qualifications
We're looking for individuals who:
- Are 18 years or older
- Are open to individuals from all backgrounds and experience levels
