Key Responsibilities: Review and refine AI-generated content related to employment law concepts, case studies, compliance scenarios, and best practices Assess AI outputs for legal accuracy, practical relevance, and alignment with current employment law standards Develop realistic employment law scenarios using your professional expertise Draft scenario variations representing perspectives of lawyers, clients, HR professionals, and regulators Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or faulty reasoning in AI-generated legal material Apply your legal background to ensure training data mirrors authentic legal analysis, documentation, and decision-making processes About You: Senior-level employment lawyer with substantial professional experience in the EU or UK Deep understanding of employment law, compliance issues, and practical case management Skilled in critiquing legal documents, contracts, and regulatory frameworks Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of offering actionable feedback independently Available 8–20 hours weekly and able to respond promptly Residency in the UK or EU is required Why Join 10x Team?
