The Sales Representative I is accountable for pursuing knowledge and understanding of Incora’s products, sales philosophy and practice, with the goal of becoming a primary point of contact for customer inside sales coverage; and applying sales initiatives, policies and programs in support of business plans and strategic objectives, necessary to meet annual department and individual goals. Responsible for managing customer accounts, processing RFQs/orders, maintaining relationships, and driving revenue growth through responsive sales support and account management. Incora offers a 401K plan with company match. About Role: Customer Support / Sales Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned customers. Respond to RFQs (requests for quote) in a timely manner. Prepare pricing and quotations. Follow up on open quotes to convert opportunities into orders. Process purchase orders and sales orders accurately. Resolve customer issues related to pricing, shortages, delays, or returns. Account Management Maintain regular communication with customers. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Coordinate with Outside Sales / Account Managers. Review customer spend trends and buying patterns. Support contract pricing and long-term agreements. Operations Coordination Work with purchasing, planning, warehouse, and suppliers on delivery commitments. Expedite late orders and manage backorders. Provide order status updates and shipment tracking. Assist with inventory solutions and stocking programs. Systems / Reporting Maintain CRM / ERP records. Track bookings, sales, margins, and pipeline. Support month-end revenue goals and AOP targets. About You: Sales or customer service experience. Aerospace, distribution, or supply chain background preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. ERP/CRM experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong Excel / reporting skills.
