Customer Support Specialist
Suzie Koide Real Estate is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to assist with property management and client communication. This role involves responding to inquiries, supporting tenants and clients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day communication within the organization. This is a fully remote position with no on-site work required, ideal for individuals who are responsive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced communication-based role. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to tenant and client inquiries via email and messaging platforms
- Assist with maintenance requests and follow-ups
- Provide updates regarding property-related concerns
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Support general administrative and communication tasks Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills (email, CRM, online tools)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Professional and friendly communication style
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 0–2 years of customer service, administrative support, or client-facing experience preferred
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling client information
- Comfortable learning new systems and following structured workflows
