Specializing in high-stakes recovery from fire, water, mold, and storm damage, the company is built on a foundation of rapid 24/7 emergency response and meticulous craftsmanship. They are known for a process-driven approach that combines state-of-the-art technology—such as 3D spatial scanning—with a commitment to returning homes and businesses to their original condition. About the Role: We aren't looking for someone to just check boxes; we need an "Elastic Band" Executive Assistant. You will be the proactive force that catches miscellaneous tasks before they hit the owner’s desk. Your goal is to implement, execute, and "buy back" the owner's time so the company can continue its aggressive growth.

Key Responsibilities

Inbox & Communication Management: Manage, triage, and organize the Founder’s Gmail inbox based on specific company prompts. Draft accurate, professional email responses for final approval, gradually mastering his voice. Social Media & Brand Support: Support the execution of social media content and curation to maintain our high-end brand identity. Matterport Media Assets: Navigate Matterport 3D spatial scans of job sites to capture precise before-and-after screenshots at identical angles for marketing initiatives. Research & Sourcing: Autonomously research and source high-end, custom products and items for marketing initiatives (e.g., custom client gift baskets) within budget constraints. Process Execution: Review video/screen recordings of workflows, ask clarifying questions early, and execute documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) flawlessly without needing repetitive retraining. Admin Coordination: Act as a catch-all for random administrative tasks, operational processes, and strict follow-through on actionable items. Qualifications & Skills Technical Tool Stack Candidates should be comfortable using or quickly adapting to: Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) Zoom (For quick, real-time screen-share alignment) Matterport (3D spatial software) Social Media Platforms AI Candidate Profile & Requirements Proactive & Execution-Focused: A self-starter who brings ideas to the table and actively pulls tasks off the Founder's plate rather than waiting to be passively managed. Written English: Exceptional written communication skills for drafting client and partner correspondence. Organized & Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with an attitude that strives for operational perfection. Reliable Follow-Through: Strong accountability—when a task is handed to you, the team can trust it is fully taken care of. Comfortable with SOPs: Ability to watch a recorded video training one time, understand the workflow, and run with it independently.
