About the Role

We are seeking a high-impact Analyst Relations Manager responsible for driving Eightfold’s strategic relationships and market positioning with industry analysts including Agentic AI. You will be responsible for defining and executing our analyst engagement strategy to position Eightfold as a market leader in our category. You'll own our relationships with key industry analysts and drive our strategy for major analyst evaluations, establishing our position as a pioneering enterprise platform.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain strategic relationships with analysts covering Agentic AI, enterprise software, cloud platforms, and leading-edge technology. You will ensure analysts understand Eightfold’s unique value proposition and our role in the evolving enterprise technology landscape. Own the strategy and execution for major analyst evaluations, including Gartner Magic Quadrants and Forrester Waves. You will articulate Eightfold's platform differentiation, coordinating briefings and ensuring our technical and product narratives are compelling and well-understood by the analyst community. Define and drive the company's core narrative with analysts, positioning Eightfold as a category-defining leader in delivering high-ROI Agentic AI solutions. Ensure that analysts view Eightfold as a pioneer in reimagining HR. Translate complex product and technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for analyst audiences. You will highlight how our platform and agents deliver superior outcomes across critical business functions, showcasing a fundamental shift from traditional SaaS. Coordinate analyst evaluations by integrating our technical depth, product innovation, and quantifiable customer outcomes. Prepare executives and subject matter experts to engage with analysts on our platform's architecture, roadmap, and data science approach. Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to maintain a deep understanding of our platform's capabilities, product improvements, and technical innovations. Ensure analysts grasp our core technology differentiation compared to other solutions in the market. Serve as the internal expert on Eightfold's market perception and competitive positioning within the AI ecosystem. Provide strategic guidance on how the Analyst Relations function accelerates overall market leadership. What You Bring You bring 3+ years of progressive Analyst Relations experience, preferably with a high-growth enterprise software or B2B technology platform companies. You have a proven track record of successfully positioning companies as technology leaders in major analyst evaluations and during periods of market transition. You can discuss complex technology and platform architecture credibly, understanding how to translate technical depth into compelling, business-value narratives for analyst and executive audiences. Therefore, a strong grasp of modern enterprise technology concepts is essential. You're an exceptional storyteller with the ability to strategically position a platform company at the intersection of technological innovation and enterprise transformation. You are skilled at influencing analyst perception to establish us as a definitive market leader. You bring a balance of strategic vision and operational excellence, capable of managing multiple high-stakes analyst relationships and evaluation cycles. You maintain focus on the long-term goal of establishing the company as a leader in delivering intelligent, scalable enterprise solutions. Experience in positioning technical platforms during market transitions or pioneering new technology categories is highly valued. While domain context is helpful, we prioritize candidates who understand how to compete in analyst evaluations based on product innovation and technical leadership. Employees based near our Santa Clara, London, Bangalore, and Noida offices are expected to work from the office three days per week, as we believe regular in-person engagement is essential to how we build high-impact products and strong teams. The role will be remote in all other US locations. *The base salary ranges below are provided for pay transparency. Base pay is only one piece of our total compensation package as this role may be eligible for bonuses and equity awards. Compensation varies depending on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Zones are determined by location.
