Website Development Associate
What You’ll Do: Collaborate with our development team to design, develop, and maintain websites using WordPress and Typescript/React. Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise on existing websites. Keep up-to-date with emerging trends in web development and make suggestions for improvements to our processes and workflows. Participate in team meetings and provide regular status updates on projects. Complete assigned tasks on time and with a high level of quality.
Requirements
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field. Coding fundamentals - knowledge of basic algorithms and data structures and a strong command of at least one programming language. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and debug issues. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Nice-to-haves. The more of these you have the better, but none are required. Experience with HTML/CSS/Javascript. Experience with a website builder like Wordpress, Wix or Squarespace. Experience building web pages or web applications for school or side projects. Familiarity with Git version control. At the end of the internship, there may be an opportunity for a full-time position with our company.
